We started our journey in the UK in 2001, with the goal of building a high-quality SMS service. Our technology has evolved a lot since then, but our core mission has stayed the same: to make customer communication simple. We do the heavy lifting behind the scenes, combining our powerful platform with real human support so you get the results without the technical stress.

Under the Commify group, we expanded quickly through a series of international acquisitions – establishing teams in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Ireland to become Europe’s number one business messaging company. It wasn’t long before we entered the global market with teams in Australia and the US.

Our goal has always been to build for the future, and in 2025, we unified our communications ecosystem with our biggest-ever investment in technology. A new cloud-based platform built from the ground up – designed to manage all of your communications and scale along with your business.
