In 2024, QV Systems’ customer feedback highlighted the need to add WhatsApp for Business to its existing tech stack. After initial market research, Meta Business Partner Esendex was identified as a potential partner of choice, and a demo and discovery period followed before the team was selected in March 2024.

Challenge & Key Obstacles
QV Systems needed to partner with a flexible and responsive business messaging provider to support the growing calls for WhatsApp for Business from their brokers and funders, and their end users.
When QV Systems began considering providers for their messaging needs, they knew they wanted key features like:

With this powerful integration in place, and customers successfully onboarded, plans are already underway to introduce supplementary features to the channel, based on ongoing customer feedback.
